How to use a CPR face shield?
Call or appoint somebody to call an ambulance or other first responder. Check the patient for heartbeat and breathing.. When absent, just clear the airways, take the mask out of the bag and place it over the head of the patient, making sure the valve is over the open mouth and the text is readable for the caregiver. Then resuscitate as practised, 30 chest compressions, 2 rescue breaths and repeat. The face shield is single use only.
Great gift for CPR training
These respiratory masks are a great gift for company emergency response training. Get your students back to work and properly prepared to spring into action. The masks are made from plastic, so should be usable for quite some time when handled with appropriate care. Make sure you keep some for the first aid kit.
